Faction tutorial

Would like to see a tutorial on how to do faction in its entirty, from faction when you kill, to gaining faction when you kill, to making mobs agro or assist players.

Please follow FNW's advice, in your post. Tutorials have to be complete, accurate and exhaustive. Revise your guide, add how to create a faction from nothing, complete the missing lvls (what's the lvl for kindly, warmly ?), explain how to make guards attack mobs, explain... Sorry, it's a big work, but we only want extremly accurate and complete tutorials so we don't have to duplicate them, and people don't have to read 2 tutorials to learn everything of a subject.
