Default FR: A thread or *something* that..

took the various posts from the developer forums, and maybe from around the place and organized it into a nice, readable presentation. Right now, I can lump the developer forum into the following:

1. Questions
a. is a given feature implemented
b. math
c. environment or platform setup

2. Offtopics
a. feature requests
b. see 1.
c. when development occurs in another forum :P

3. Actual Development
a. Developmental Theory, Design, Science
b. Snippets
i. snippets for eqlive like behavior
ii. snippets for noneqlive like behavior
c. Partially working, but not quite there code

If there were something that could organize this, so I know which threads are code sampling, which have implemented stuff, a general snippets list and what they do, all nicely organized and easy for me to read through, then I, at least, would be a happy camper.

By the same token, something that went through the feature requests list and organized that too, would be groovy.

I think someone is or was working on an eq emulation portal. I remember visiting the site once or twice. I think it's a good start for something like the above, but I also think that the comments section of a portal on a thread should link back to the original. I've always thought discussions about a discussion, are a bit weird.

Anyhoo, that's my FR. :)
