The best place to start here is the top bar above the page. Click "User CP" and especially the FAQ. You should have a better idea of what is happening here. Next check out the tutorial message board. Odds are, however, that you won't have a compatable EQ client. Right now the Devs are working to get the Emulator up to a point where it will work for people who are patched up to Live everquest. The patch ( from logging on to Sony's servers to play regular EQ )last May broke the emulator, so it could take a bit. Plenty of time to read all the old posts and see how things work around here
