Default Bandwidth Question

I'm hosting a server right now where I can get ~50 KB/s upstream dedicated to it. I'm just wondering several things:

1. Does anyone know approximately how many clients this can reliably support?
2. Nevermind. Silly question.
3. Are there any methods I should be aware of in order to help improve server functionality in this regard? I'm not interested in renting a dedicated server at this time.

Any input regarding this topic would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Reliably, you can probably only get 9 or 10 players on your server (not including ones on your internal network) The general rule is 5KB/s per player. There really isn't much you can do about optimizing since your bandwidth is the bottleneck. The only thing I can think of is not let players zone Then you could probably squeeze 15 or more on, though the moment one person camps/zones LD across the board.
