How to update to the latest build

I've searched the forums and the wiki with no resolve. I see the latest win32 builds in the download section. I've downloaded them and copied and pasted. Everything seems to start correctly - zones and all. But the when I try to connect, it says zone unavailable at the character select screen.

Do I need to recompile something to work with the new builds? If so, could you supply a quick rundown on what and how? Or am I doing something wrong?

Using minilogin with Titanium and it does work with the 3.52 serverpack. But I would like to upgrade/update if possible. Thanks!
