Reloading Items - #reloaditems - cmnd request

I'm not sure if this requested before, but as I am making newer items for my db, I would like to test them out 'in game' often, then tweak iteratively. I have to restart the server each time after a change, and this makes it a long process- so is it possible to refresh the item buffer in game with a #reloaditems command?

That would be so much faster for item dev.
