Default GUI XML Error

I'm trying to run EQ on emu, and live at same time (2 seperate folders). EQLive is working fine, when I go to enter the EQEmu client, I get an error stating GUI XML Error, check UIErrors.txt. That file says:
UIErrorLog created at Tue Aug 01 05:22:21 2006
[Tue Aug 01 05:22:21 2006] Warning: file EQLSUI.xml not found in directory UIFiles\default\. Attempting to use file from Default skin.

[Tue Aug 01 05:22:21 2006] Error reading XML.
[Tue Aug 01 05:22:21 2006] Error loading skin: loading default skin instead.
[Tue Aug 01 05:22:21 2006] Warning: file EQLSUI.xml not found in directory UIFiles\default\. Attempting to use file from Default skin.

[Tue Aug 01 05:22:21 2006] Error reading XML.

Don't know what's up with that. If someone could hook me up with a fix, would help. This Everquest isn't in it's default folder, I changed the folder it went to when installshield started.

My best guess is it looks like you are missing a file in your UI diretory. Are you using a UI mod? Do you have a backup of your UI directory?

Yeah, it's a fresh titanium install, only thing I can think of is the registry has been edited to only work with my live install.

EQ doesn't use the registry. Rather than reinstalling, have you tried copying UIfiles\Default from your working EQ Live directory to the EMU?

I really am not all that computer savy but it looks like its trying to load default, and then when fails, goes to default

[Sun Apr 15 15:37:15 2007] Warning: file EQLSUI.xml not found in directory UIFiles\default\. Attempting to use file from Default skin.

I checked my directory and I do have eQLSUI.Xml, I don't know why its not being found. Any idea?

I too, had just installed titanuim. No Idea why this is happening but I would greatly love it if someone could help me =)

I get the error, but I have yet to see how it effects gameplay.

I used to get the same error on live, and it never effected gameplay there, so i just ignored it (like i am doing now )

my best guess is that perticular file has been updated to one that eq emu does not reconize as the file its looking for.. (eq live just changed a bunch of the ui files) and thoese files change when the patcher loads. this pertiular file i bleave please do not hold me to this is what tells the program what other files to look for and load.

ok after some messing around i found the answer in your live folder under uifiles there is a file called default_old copy that folder to your current eq emu file and rename it to Default. close window start up the eqemu ad log in .. thats what fixed it for me .. it was a matter of the live Defult files are not reconoized by eq emu like my last post said
