Default Help please

I am having difficulties after I create a character. As soon as I hit enter world, I drop back to the server menu.

I am using Windows XP Home
I am not connected to a network(I pulled the eth cable and restarted).
1.2g proc, 384ram, radeon 7500 64meg

mySQL 3.23.49 -win32
eqw beta 2.22
eqemu 0.3.3.1
patched to 6/6/02

make everything point to localhost, and try again, sometimes it helps

opps saw you patched on 6/6. If it doesn't work you're going to have to wait for new emu version :(

Ok, I changed to localhost, and it still bombs.

I will wait for the next emu, thanks for the help.

i'll have to wait for the new emu as well, i still play regular EQ and had to patch on june 6.

No need to rush them though, but i would like to get updates on how the next emu is coming along
