Default My everquest screens

Ok there might be some posts on this, but problem is i dont know what to search for cause i dont really know what my problem is, all right, so i just reinstalled XP onto my cpu, put EQ onto it, did the normal stuff to get going and started playing, now my problem this time then before i reinstalled XP is that for some reason any everquest screen that isnt the screen im on atm for everquest will eventually have everything on it invisable and faded, except the text and the npc's and Pc's and all that stuff, i cant see my spells, cant see my inv, just text, i dont know what the problem is, My graphics card is visiontek 9550, i downloaded and use the latest omegadrivers for ATI if that matters at all, maybe i need a differant one, idk, just would like some help on this problem, i have all the windows updates and use direct x 9, idk if its a everquest problem or a computer problem, i didnt use anything in the game to make stuff faded, and someone asked me if i had a dual core, and im pretty sure i dont

mattmeck - i sooo understand

EliseusKayne - your problem is either:
1. actual video card problem
2. video card drivers problem
3. corupted software files (which may include windows, drivers or even eq files)

does any other games run ok? try installing WoW or eq2 trial and see if they run ok
