Missing hair.

I have read a couple of threads that mention the disappearing hair bug, but didn't see anything recent. Does anyone have a workaround or fix for this bug? So far I've only seen this on my male barbarian toons, but I assume it will crop up more as people sign up on the server.

Everything is up to date, as I just downloaded and installed a week ago.
