Default Using EQEmu Admin

When I log into the Admin tool it displays the error, TblItemsSearch: Field 'raw_data' not found. Im not sure what problems this might cause me but it doesnt seem right, if anyone can help me i would appreciate it. Also do you need to be logged into the server to modify permissions? I have not been able to find a decent readme or guide to help me get GM permissions on my server. Everything else seems to be working just fine. Thank You guys in advance.

you set status field in the account table to set gm permissions or use the ingame #flag command

this is the full error i get when i start the admin tool:

Exception: tblItemsSearch: Field 'raw_data' not found

The admin tool wasnt able to connect to table character_
in database "peq" at host 127.0.0.1.
Please goto the Preferences dialog and set the username, password,
database, and host values. If they are correct (which i believe them to be) this error may signify an error in that table that the tool's database
components cannot handle.

i dont know what that means, but whenever i try to commit changes it also give me the error in previous posts.

on another note, the #flag command i tried using but said my user level wasnt high enough or something along those lines which is why i looked into getting the EQEmu Admin tool in the first place........ im just getting all sorts of confused, unless im going about the #flag command all wrong.

I am not sure what the EQ Admin Tool is, but if it is an older tool, it may not work with the current version of the emulator. That might be why you are getting errors.

As for setting your account status, you just need to change the Status field in your accounts table as Cole mentioned. You should set it to 250 if you want full access to all in-game commands.

Install Navicat Lite from this site:

http://www.navicat.com/download.html

Make sure you download the one for Windows that is listed as Navicat for MySQL Lite. That is the free version. The other version is only for evaluation.

Setting up navicat is pretty straight-forward. And using it is just as easy. You can see all of your tables and open them and edit them all quickly and easily.

Then, just open your Accounts table and look for the status field for the account you want to make a GM, and then change that to 250.
