I have helping my buddie get eq titanium running smooth on his pc, but he is having issues. 2 boxing doesn't work, and when single boxing text is blurry.

Memory 2.3gb
DirextX 9.0C
Intel COre 2 QUad CPU
NVIDIA Geforce 9800 GX2

Those are the specs.

Any ideas guys?

Text being blurry is probably because he is running EQ in a resolution that is not native to his monitor. My screen is 1680X1050, so I have to run at that resolution when in full screen mode, or else it will cause a blurry sort of effect. Maybe that is what he is seeing. Tell him to hit ALT+Enter and if the window shrinks and the text then looks clear, then he has the wrong resolution. He can hit ALT+Enter again to go back to full screen and then change his options for resolution from there.

If he wants to 2 box, he needs to be in Windowed mode anyway as far as I know. If he is full screen, that is probably why it isn't working.
