Getting item to be in game...

I have created items and posted to the database and they pull up from my web pages. I am presuming that I packed correctly because I am able to get edit other just see the new created items when in the game when i do the command to search.

So my question is what do i need to get a new item to show up in the game.

Yes i have checked im using the same database as the one posting too.
