New Server Help plz

Hello and thank you for making my dream of a private EQ World come true,
i was able to make a Stable World for me and my roomate. I have gotten the
world stable but i have many things to ask you about tweaking the server
below is some info about my setup and things i wish to know.

ActivePerl 5.8.8.822 x64
SQL5.0 x64
Database Version: 0.7.0-1110a With maps
EQ Emu Rev408-Bots
MiniLogin6.2

(Set Server to be Semi-Legit)
1.Tweak Mob's HP. ^^
2.Tweak Players Levels and HP/Mana.~
3.Summion Items / Plat. ~
4. Is the Sleeper Still sleeping on Database 0.7.0-1110a and how do you reset him? and Start the Event
5.Set MOTD.~
6.Set/Tweak AA.
