As you may know in TS table a recepie has a "skillneeded" column
as far as I can tell almost all recepies has it set to 0 (non active)
I was under assumtion that this properties prevents you from even atempting to craft/combine a recepie if your skill is below the number specified in this collumn.
I have tested it today and apparently is does something else:
it does not prevent you from crfating if your skill is below that number, nor it autofails your combines.
The only thing it does it prevents you from getting back items which would be returned in case of fail combines (in some recepies there sort of "partial reward" when you can get at least something back even if you fail)
MOSt importantly, even once your skill has surpassed the number specified- it still will not give you "partial reward" items on failed combines
I have tested this with 2 near identical recepies to make sure its not just my luck. A near identical recepie with same trivial but wihout "skillneeded" set to anythign above 0 - properly returns "partial rewards" 100% of the time on each failed combine
So my question is: is this working as intended? There doesn't seem to be any purpose to this.
