Default Some strange looting lag & zoning back to zone you came from

I have two weird problems that happen on occasion and wonder if anyone else is having this problem

Server stats:
AMD 2.5G Dual Core, 3G Ram, Vista32, dedicated ONLY to EQEmu

1) Right click(or any) to loot a corpse and it takes about 3-5 seconds for it to bring up the loot window.

2) When zoning, or using #zone you will get the loading please wait...but you get dropped back into the same zone you were in. (usually at the succor point)

3) I used to have a problem SIMILAR to #2, but you'd load the map of where you were zoning...but it would load the NPCs of the zone you just left.

Not sure what's up with that. I'm running Version 590 binaries. I had tweaked MySQL a little, only by doubling the cache/memory sizes in several places. Not sure if that is the problem as it doesn't seem like it should.

But, any thoughts would be appreciated!
