Cant connect to server from login

[Millz]

Ok i checked and rechecked my stuff but i can't get past the login screen. I enter my messageboard name and password and it says Can connect to server or something like that. here all the thing i can think of.
oh and i don't have any errors when i run world and boot5zones.

since i get no errors in the windows i might just be forgetting a step. this is what i do.
I run aol
turn on mysql
run world
run boot5zones
try to login eq
cant connect to server
