Custom Item maker?
okay im curious if there is a way to talk to a quest NPC and have a one per account Custom item you set the stats ect.. i know it will take a server restart but is there a way so players can have some customizing abilities on a server, and also make a cap on the items they make so its not like 255/10. maybe make a cap of 25 for 1hs ect.?
