Default mss32.Dll
Couldn't find this particular issue solved any where, though I did see a thread referencing it without a fix.

Everytime I go to load up, it says this particular file is missing.

I am using the Underfoot download from Steam, which the EMU page says is fine.

I have made all the noted adjustments to files, I have made a shortcut to the eqgame.exe and changed the target to look like this:

"C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\everquest\eqgame.exe" patchme

What am I missing?

If you search the forums for mss32.Dll, you will find plenty of past post about this. Beyond that I guess your download could be corrupt or any number of things. That mss32.Dll can also be had off google from multiple locations.
