Question on Particle Effect 95

I noticed that the spells Innate Camouflage and Shared Camouflage have no "sound effect" when cast. Shared camo and innate camo both uses particle effect 95. I remember from live that these spells had particle effect 95 but with the sound effect of particle effect 212.

Is there a parameter I am overlooking in the spell file that controls sound effects?
