I was wondering with the Emu, could we possible make Mayong Mistmore a steady spawn...

Well, as far as I know, yeah. All I'd imagine you'd have to do is create a dark elf entitled "Mayong Mistmore" set his lvl to 53 or whatever, his class, and wa la.

either 98 or 65 (The vampire in hateplane)

If I remember correctly he was removed due to bad pathing issues or something like that....

Well I think the real Mayong was removed from mistmoore after beta was done with. the model was still there though and then used for Maestro in hateplane when it opened.
