Attempting to zone without flag crashes Zone.exe

My test server is running rev 1873 and I've applied all required SQL up to 1847. Server has been running fine for about 2 weeks.

I do not know how long I've had this problem because I just tried this for the first time yesterday.

After creating a new toon (see below) I started dragging him through the PoP progression as I was testing changes to the Character browser tool.

After getting a couple of the flags done I then tried to zone him into the Plane of Tactics which he should not be able to do. Simply clicking on the stone caused the zone to crash. In, subsequent testing I have determined every single zone I tried to zone into without proper flags would cause the crash. Even the zone from inside the Tower of Solusek Ro to the Plane of Fire (a zone line not a click) would cause the crash.

After logging back in the toon is back at his last save, and not zoned, which should be correct since he did not have the right flag for the zone.



Created a new toon called Magician.
Then with my GM toon i did:
#level 65
#scribespells 65
#si his epic 1.5, and a set of Abymsal armor.
#setaaxp a bunch until I had purchased all of his AA.

On the toon i then did a
