A Few cleaned up zones

I've cleaned up a few cities in the 3.6 database.

I may be cleaning up a few more zone. If I do I may post them as well. It depending how this one goes.

The zones that have been cleaned up are.

Ak'anon
Felwitha
Grobb
Halas
Kaladim
Oggok
Rivervale.

Just unpack and run the "Spawn install.bat" file

Zones look great... Thanks for doing Halas, one of my favorite newbie zones... I have such fond memories of running around there with my 1st character, a warrior doing the patchwork armor quests and getting excited over getting a rusty 2 hander..
