I am a level 2 human Monk,why can't i learn skills from the NPC ?

look, i can only learn the common language skill .

HOW can i go to learn the other skills?

It has been awhile since I played with the EMU but last I heard you can't learn from the Trainers and have to use the #SETSKILL command.

If your playing on the server i gave you then you can either ask me or tig to set your skills or they will show when you reach the level you need to train them
