Default Ingame mobs

Greetings,
I have managed to successfully create and host a server locally. I can get into the game with no troubles at all. My question is this though...lets just take PoH as the example. When I zone to hateplane, there are only a few mobs up. A couple rats, scorns, etc. The minis and inny however are no where. I can do a listnpc and it will tell me that there is a Innoruuk_000 in the zone with his correct number, but if I go to his spot, nothing. I try and repop the zone, nothing..

I am using 0.3.9 and I have sourced the addon in as well, like i said, there are other things there, just not everything. If you have any ideas I would appreciate it, thanks

The folks that create these databases do a damn fine job, but it isnt perfect yet; lots of duplicate spawns, spawns in the wrong place, non-existant spawns, incorrect spawn info, etc...

You will need to edit the spawn data yourself, or wait for a future database release. There are several posts related to editing spawn data here; also Windcatchers awesome admin tool can help you with editing the spawn info.
