Default Zone points

Hey everyone.

I've noticed that zoning seems to be a little off, at least in the DB I got. There are no zone points at all in Cabilis East, and in other zones, the ones that do work seem a little odd.

For instance, I zoned out of City of Mist and ended up in Trakanon's Teeth about a thousand feet up, got dropped on my head like a bastard kid in the back seat of a volkswagon.

I tried editing zone points manually using the admin tool and running around gathering Loc's, but it seems to not have made a difference. I doing something wrong here?

As i recall the zone point where you land in a zone is controlled by the .cfg files.

Actually I was able to get a few zones cleaned up with EQAdmin 2.8 tool. Just remember to transpose the x and y coordinates you get from the /loc when you enter them into db, and generally add 1 or 2 to the z coordinate. Also helps if you preboot the zone. Just my experience, take it for what it's worth.
