Anyone else experiencing this?

I had a server up and running for a while bout a year ago. Decided to fire it back up and I get this error.

zone.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x7c9101b3" referenced memory at "0x0070d02e". The memory could not be "written"

I can make a character log into the game I get about 5-10 seconds in the zone then the error is thrown and I'm disconnected.

Tried with my original emu version, then the updated version. Same experience.
