Default EQemu fixes?

hi^^
i'm new to EQemu and i have fanilly get it to work^^
srry for BAD eng^^

i just wonder how do i change exp rate and other rates?
are there any kind of mods i can do on EQemu?
how will that work?
i hav c++ and notpad ++. but i are "really" new to that. i have tryed to complit the emu myself but something is wrong with my virituel C++ or system don't know what the only thing i know is that i can't do it. i get 1 succied 4 faild. so plz help.

i just asking for i think i shud be fun to play with the stats and that.

i have only work with wowemu and thats i really easy to have around. this is match harder^^ don't know any program at all that i can like:
create NPC
create gear, wopens
create portal
or
mod startting point. ps, i know where i db i most go samthing about starting^^. but u don't know any command at all.
in wow i just tape:
.command
and i get a list of all command i can use^^
how do i mod the zones for ex pvp for all, or change a pvp zone to a santcuery?
and more Questing will come^^
