New Server UF will not connect and SoF will not allow character creation

I set a new server but UF will not connect it times out while SoF connects fine and sees the server but character creation fails saying that expansions are missing character is not available?

ANy ideas as t what is happening? and how to ix it

Make sure you moved the patch.conf files from the /utils folder into your server folder. Also, make sure you have all of the SQL applied to get everything working. Are you able to log in with any client, such as Titanium, or are those the only 2 you have tried so far? Check your server logs and also check to see if any zones are crashing when you try logging in (which is likely the case).

I have not tried titanium yet, but with SoF I can't even make a character. I can go into character creation but I cannot choose a race or class it gives a little error saying expansions are missing.
