temporary Ip Ban

Can anyone shed any light on why my account would be "temporarily banned"?
To my knowledge I haven't broken any rules. I'm the only person who plays at my home, and I only have 1 account. I haven't done anything in game that would cause offense to anyone, nor do I have any knowledge to manipulate the game or its systems. Is this a thing about maintenance, or have I unknowingly broken a rule?
