Default Database Problems maybe?

Ok so in my AA window on my server my combat agility/stability have 1 rank each and there are five different ones which are in archtype not general.

when i log into another server like EZ server on the SAME client all the aa's appear correctly. was just wondering if this was a database thing i need to fix or if its a source code thing?

Would you mind posting your solution so that others know how to fix it if they have a similar issue? Thanks!

I assume he switched to the git repo :P (he mentions SVN, which will not work with the DB :P)
