duplicate entries on required SQL updates

Updating my source finally to bring bots back and add in queryserv, I'm updating from 2136. I made it all the way to 2176_required_aa_updates.sql. Every line is giving me a 1062 - Duplicate entry '1587-1' for key 'NewIndex' error (obviously the number changes, but still).

I'm under the impression I shouldn't be receiving these errors for this update since I'm updating from a vastly older version.

Should I ignore it and press on or alter it some how?
