Stone Hive lift actuators

We're a ways off before this content becomes active.

But, if anyone is wanting to 'fix' the lifts in Stone Hive for their own servers, these 4 changes will allow you to initiate the lift from top or bottom:

id: 17157 - triggerdoor: '1'
id: 17158 - triggerdoor: '1'
id: 17159 - triggerdoor: '2'
id: 17160 - triggerdoor: '2'

The clackety-clack of the type 40 actuators was addressed some time ago.

(I'm horrible at sql scripting without looking at it...)
