Default Spawns to be remembered

I need to know how to get my server to remember the spawns i #spawned so i can restart server and have them there.
I am trying to build my server on the story line: The fall of norrath: where most cities have been taken over and having the people visiting raiding cities trying to get their city back. but I cant get the spawns to stay when i log out. if anyone wants to help me give me a ring.

That won't work. You should use the EQAdmin tool to spawn them and then there in the DB. You doing the #spawn is just for temporary events.

it's even slightly worse than that -- if your zone becomes empty then it goes to sleep and your spawns go bye-bye.
