Default Question about Minilogin and 1017

I have read through the majority of this forum and searched etc. for any info on this, but I haven't noticed anything about the problem I am having.

Basically, I have gotten everything to work. Minilogin has no errors, World doesn't have any errors, Zones open fine from Boot5zones... The problem arises after I log in using EQWin. When the server select screen pops up, it lists me missing 1 expansion with a registration button on the bottom, but the main problem is I have no servers listed. I am not connecting to a server, I am running mysql in the background and attempting to simply run the Emu via localhost. But despite the lack of a server listed, it attempts to connect when I simply hit enter, and then about 20 sec later, gives me a 1017.

I have a router and I am connected to a LAN however, I am listed as 198.162.2.10 and the default gateway is 198.168.0.2. I am running my own single comp server, not trying to connect to anyone else's. Firewall is off. Do I need to change the IP address in my LoginServer.ini to one of these? Is this something I could patch with the NAT patch?

Any info would be greatly appreciated if anyone else has had this problem. Thanks much.
