Default World:ExpansionSettings

I want to enable all zones up to House of Thule on my server, however I'm not entirely sure how. I tried setting the expansion in the zone table to one but it doesn't seem to have helped. So I googled how to figure out the expansion codes for World:ExpansionSettings and they said check the character_create_combinations table but that only goes up to The Serpent Spine. The default is set to The Serpent Spine as well.
How do I go about changing this?

I know this is an old thread, but I was curious as to if anyone knows how to enable all zones. IE; I have the zone files just cant go there. Like any zone id over 720.

I believe the zones you can go to are handled by the client.

Do the zones have a status set on them higher than yours?

negative zone min status is set to 0 and I even changed the expansion from 20 - 18... must be my client.

I can access HoT zones on a UF client and I can go to them on my server, I just cant go to ROF zones even tho I have the files. Its weird but oh well lol was just trying to open up possibilities.

HoT access in UF is a beneficial fluke...

They were apparently coded into the client for beta or near-future expansion options.

Unless your client is coded to handle any given zone ID/shortname, your client just won't take you there.

(There's a hint in that last sentence..but, most people would probably 'inject' the idea)
