Akkadius repack first runthrough

hey eqemu today i did a fresh install of windows server 2012 r2 and just set up the repack just to see how far i could get mysql works i can connect with heidisql i can see the db but when i start the t_startbat it just gives me like 4 black windows with a blinking cursor in it nothing more . is it a security setting or an update im missing? any help with this would be greatly appreciated
