Default Problem with eq patch

Ok I've followed the instructions on the readme like a good noobie. I start to update EQ via with the patchme command. As soon as I run it I get an error:

Proceedure entry point_AIL_DSL_set_reverb_16 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll

Anyone else run into this problem. I'm running WinXP pro if that makes a difference or not.

I've often said that EQW is slower then the original client, and lately it does seem faster. However though, I do still retain one small complaint about it (And yes, I know nothing is perfect.) and that is, when you get disconnected from a server, specially the character select screen, it sometimes tends to freeze. The only way that I found out of this, is ALT+F4 then reload it again.

I still tend to use my own program from time to time, probably 50% of the time, and the other 50% I use EQW; and I feel that my program is OK to use -- if you are lazy, want things faster, and things more automated to a degree. That is, as far as setting up EverQuest to use the EQEmu servers, EQLive servers, etc. That information can be found in my signature, if anyone is interested. And someone told me, that eqw does use the patchme function, as my program does as well.
