I have contacted his isp to have his account disconnected and to have his contact information forwarded to us so we may charge him for administrative fees. If they dont do anything (which I hope they are a good ISP and drop him), I'll have to just firewall them off of our services and post their reply publicly. I hope it doesn't come to that.
