Runnin Win XP, tryin to host MultiLogin LAN game, not workin. Can log into games on EQEmu servers and such <after much tweaking of junk, but finally, yes, can play, workin fine> but when i try to host a game on the network or even host on EQEmu server, I cannot check in on game <as OP status and what not> and nobody else so far can get in either. Don't know what up. We've <myself and my buddy with all the computers> have tried to connect with the different variations <my computer, his, ours, the other, everything in between, all the combos> to see what computer is the problem. All of them seem to be the problem. I don't know if creating a server has had uber problems or not, but i would like to know so we can stop tryin. Gimme input if you can, thanks a bunch. Um.
I get the 10/17 wrong version error every time we try to connect to the server that pops up. We can see the server <D's Uber Game> on either the LAN connection or on EQEmu's servers, but cannot connect. If its on the LAN we get just past character creation <the multiuser type session> and then it boots back to EQ main screen pre login, but if we try to do it through EQEmu, we get 10/17 just before Character creation.
