Petition Manager

Ok, I just made a Petition Manager by request of devn00b.
Chances are, if you don't have VB installed it won't work, so I'd like people to let me know what .dll or .ocx errors they get.

If you *do* have VB installed and get an "ActiveX can't create object" error, then run regdll.bat and then reopen the petition manager.
