Skill bug

Hi, first time posting here. Just wanted to say love what you guys are doing. Ok i was leveling up using a warrior. When i got to 13 i trained dual weild. Went to go exp again and dual weild was "working" but i couldn't equip a second weapon.... also it wont lvl up or show up in my skills... same with double attack at 15, as well as parry. It might just be any lvl achieved skill you have to train is bugged. Please if you could look into this.

On Live skills are 0-252
253 254 and 255 are used as flags
So we have to guestimate at what value is what flag

255 = No skill EVER
254 = Guild trained at certain level (aka dodge)
253 = Guild trained at starting level (aka taunt)
0 = Use to learn

Unfortunatly looking at a chars skills in fqadmin doesn't help much =(
casters show 254 for dbl attack and specialisation
