Need help badly

Everything was fine, I was playing emu for like 8 hrs, not one LD, not having problems logging in, everything was great. Then yesterday, the server I play on was taken down for a while, and now, not only can I not log in any character on that server, but I cant log in any character, on ANY server. Usually I get to the char select screen, and click enter world, it freezes for a few seconds, then I see "you have been disconnected" and I am back to login screen. But sometimes, I get past that and it is loading the world, but then it throws me back to the desktop. Whats the problem?

sounds like you might need to delete the .opt and .ini files that are associated with the characters you're logging in.
