Small problem... please assist

Alrighty, I have everything working (I think) so I can get to the server select screen... However, the server select screen is empty, thus not allowing me to log on to the local server I want to log on to.

Now I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, I've gone though this website, made all my files identical to those posted, and I think perhaps its because my version of EQ is patched all the way up (I just learned of this yesterday.)

If there is some solution to this, please let me know... Everything runs smoothly, no error messages, just no servers in the server select screen.
