Default Runnin EQ on my own Comp
Is there any way i can just RUN EQ on my own computer and explore the worlds and play the game without having to create sever or having to play on someone elses?

Feel free to do so - minilogin will allow one user (you) to log into your own computer to play EQ. The rules will still need to be set by your own computer, from a server you run (EQ is server/client ALWAYS). So you will still need to install MySQL, and find a suitable database. I hope this helps.
