Default Models with #spawn

Think this is the right forum...not got anything to do with hosting/joing a server and I ain't attaching a screenie

Whenever I create anything with #spawn command I always get a bald bloke (or woman). I know you need to be in the correct zone for certain models...so I went to Oasis of Marr and #spawn'ed a giant (Race:18, Class:1, Material:1, HP: 7500, Name:Cazel :P...and filled the rest with -). it was a bald bloke. ALL the global models work (I think I've tested them all)...but none of the zone specific ones do...

Any suggestions on getting this to work?
