I need help with this

Me and 4 other Server opps are makeing Npcs in a zone that will be starting point fo anyone and we need to know how to add spawns keep them there and how to do quests att perma loot and any tips you can think of thanks

I might suggest you read the World Building and Quest forums, they might have some information that would help you.
