LINK : warning LNK4098: defaultlib 'LIBCMTD' conflicts with use of other libs; use /NODEFAULTLIB:library
.\../Build/Zone.exe : fatal error LNK1169: one or more multiply defined symbols found
Is there another library in there that shouldn't be included that I don't know about?

Well how about you take LIBCMT, the only lib that has problems, out of the linking and see if it works? Didn't you even read the error message before posting it?

In Visual C++ :

Project -> Project settings (hotkey ALT+F7)
Link tab
Category dropdown box: Input
Ignore libraries: libc,LIBCMTD
