Questions regarding NPC Scripting and Books

A few questions for anyone whom has a moment to spare. I am curious as to if we currently have the ability to have an NPC return an item to targeted player after using the TRIGGER_ITEM command?

Also, do we yet have the ability to allow the NPC mutliple TRIGGER_ITEM's as well? IE: Item1 + Item2 = NPC Return Item.

While I have everyone's attention, I am also curious as to the format in which Books work. I am currently the sole developer of the Middle Earth server and I would like to utilizes books and notes to further expand the feel of Middle Earth on the server. Can anyone drop me the format in which the books function?
