Default PoP effects not usuable?

Hi, i am currently creating some new items. I am having a problem adding pop effects to them. In Eqemu admin the spell list cuts off before the PoP spells. I can enter the spell id, but the spell field remains blank. When i go in game the effect is shown as unknown effect. This only seems to happen with worn items, procs work fine.

Another Q, why does the dmg i put on a weap change when i zone. I put 200 dmg on a weapon, in some zones it shows as 2 dmg in others it shows as 200dmg.

One last thing, when i try to zone somewhere, i get the msg "this zone is not available". sometimes i am zoned to some underwolrd point in the zone, other times i stay in the current zone.

Any help would be appriciated.

If you are getting the that zone is unavailable after char select screen and your all logged in, then the problem is your typing the zone name incorrectly, perhaps you tried #zone freeportw when its really #zone freportw

As for you spawning under the worlds in some zones you go to . . . . As an example, in game type #zone solrotower. Heh make sure you have levi on otherwise you will die and go to your bind point.. Basically the problem is in the source, some of the zone points specified, take you to a location that is under or way above the world
